Why It Is Important To Turn Overstock And Surplus Items Into Cash Now
Now that summer is over and everyone is back to work this is the perfect time to help your business and your bottom line by turning surplus items into cash.
Most companies have conducted an inventory and have come up with a variety of "treasures" that the owner asks "where in the world did that stuff come from?"
From a safety point of view it is important to clean everything that could affect the plant heating system when it is turned on or could possibly be partially blocking an exit. It is amazing at how much can get piled on and around the heating system "just for a few days" and is still there months later.
You want your employees to work in a safe environment so gather all of your new "treasures" in a safe place. Members are able to work with the staff at the WPMA to advertise these items for free in the monthly newsletter and the on-line for-sale section of the website.
Not only will you have a nicer facility, but you can also possibly turn "dead inventory" into cash. You may also develop a long term customer that is looking for a new supplier.
Since 1929 the WPMA has been working with manufacturers to be competitive in the global economy.
