Copy Lathe.  118” (3000mm) Max. between centers, hopper feed, 20 HP (15KW) main motor, variable 0-4,500 RPM spindle speed; 1.5 HP (1.1KW) hydraulic power pack for programmable variable speed carriage with rate of 0-98 FPM, carriage return speed of 98 FPM; fully automatic work-cycle turning, milling and twisting for clockwise/counterclockwise and cross milling with the required depth of pitches and programmable depth of cut, fpr up to 10 pass-depths.  Can program the complete turning cycle with one or two passes.

Equipped with: (2) highly sensitive copying units which can machine simultaneously, with a max stroke of 6” (150MM) and two revolving steady rest (large or small).

9 7/8” (250mm) max. copying/milling with round billets and 6.9” (176mm) with square billets.

Tailstock sleeve is 60mm (2 3/8”) with 100mm (4”) travel and ¾” morse taper on tailstock center; hydraulic controlled spindle brake.

Milling (router) unit, consisting of an electric spindle motor, controlled by the EM22 electronic control unit.  The electric spindle has automatic feed and can be programmed with up to (10) pass depths.  The electronic control of the machine make it possible to program the complete turning cycle with one or two passes for fluting and spiral twist in both clockwise and anti-clockwise and cross milling using the required indexing and pitches.  The milling unit may be removed when required.

Complete with optional: Programmable second automatic pass, with a max depth of 1 3/16” (30mm).

Approximate replacement cost is $90,000 FOB southeast region.  Asking $60,000.
